I must be working with a really good sales rep. I received the FMC email regarding initial order on the day I ordered the BS BB. He sends text messages to give updates on the order process. I routinely check the tracking system to check on my order. I usually get the text messages before I get an email update from FMC. Very satisfied with the sales rep, just wish I didn't have to wait three months for delivery. Ordered on 12/17/21, expected delivery week of 03/13/22.
