It could be a local dealer or regional (South American?) special edition.
For example, in Argentina, they don't have the Badlands trim, but the Wildtrak.

The footnote is in Latin, it seems.
I used Google translate of the first line of the footnote and it says,

Watching the commercial, it shows a Big Bend but the credits state Outer Banks SUV. Other than the fancy Wild Edition emblem, I don’t see anything that makes it different from other Sports. We all have GOAT modes. Some more than others, depending on trim level.

They show this commercial 4-5 times a game during Mariners games (Seattle broadcast).

I can't find any info about it, and in the commercial the only noticeable difference is the Wild Edition emblem on the back.
