Brake / Reverse Noises + Rear Window Unlatches

Have had my BS since 2021, and three issues have persisted almost that entire time. I know in the first few years, a lot of people were having similar issues. Wondering if anyone has successfully had any of the three following issues addressed now. It's ridiculous four years into owning this vehicle, the dealership still is not able to fix these (and sometimes refuses to even acknowledge them):

1) Grunting/grinding noise when braking
2) Loud moaning noise when going in reverse (especially in winter or when wet outside)
3) Rear window unlatches randomly

I got tired of the dealership constantly brushing me off on the noisy brakes and Ford not backing up their product, I finally gave up and installed ceramic brakes and new rotors all the way around and installed the Diamond Motorsports brass bushings in the rear and the brakes are quiet as can be for about 6 months now. Also, brake dust is greatly reduced, before I changed the brakes, I could not tell what color front wheels were after only 1 week of being washed.

I have a 21 blbs and have had the brakes fixed lasted about 6 mounts now every car wash they moan. Also have had the rear window unlatch. I think it has to do how I use the key pad some times I may press another button and it unlocks the window not sure.

2022… TSB 24-2348 Moan Noise In The Rear Brakes .. completed on mine awhile ago and eliminated 99.999% of the noise .. there is a more recent TSB for the issue but not all owners had success with the TSB

Keyless Entry System:

Basic Operating Instructions for Keypad:
- Unlock Driver's Door: Enter the 5-digit access code
- Unlock All Doors: Press the 3•4 button within 5 sec of entering 5-digit access code
- Lock All Doors: Press the 7•8 and 9•0 buttons at the same time (no need for 5-digit code to be entered)

- Unlock rear hatch: Press the 5•6 button within 5 sec of entering 5-digit access code
