Have a break light that burned out. Would it be a warranty item?

How many miles? 36month/36K miles for everything, after that, Do It Yourself or pay the dealer about 75 bucks. You can buy the bulb at any auto parts store for 5 bucks or less and it is actually two small bolts. Look for the info on YouTube. Good Luck

It depends on the good will of your dealer. I don't think that Ford covers any normal wear and tear items.
My BMW warranty covered everything including wear items like bulbs and wipers. A coworker's Mercedes had similar bumper-to-bumper coverage. Sometimes, you get what you pay for.

I would rather spend the couple of bucks and 20 minutes of my time than dealing with the Dealer.

I would imagine your time is much more valuable to you than having to make an appointment at the dealer, going to the dealer and then either waiting around or going back home while waiting for your vehicle to have the brake light bulb replaced. Now if it was to have the rear light assembly replaced or if having other services performed at the same time, I would say it's worth the time, otherwise no. The rear brake light bulb is not difficult to replace, there are YouTube videos you can watch that show how to remove and replace the light assembly when changing the bulb.
