Maybe the Dealership forgot to reset the battery/system after replacement. You can do that yourself.

Have the exact same issue on mine. Started after the fuel injector recall work and water pump replacement. Sounds like the air box is loose but I haven't tracked it down. Every time I get the noise, by the time I open the hood its gone.

Rural King and Walmart were some of the best prices I found. RK didn't have it in stock but my local Wallyworld did. Nearly $90 cheaper than auto stores.

Wouldn't it be just as easy to unplug the parking brake actuator? (I do that anyway) I dont trust software.

How about injector replacement and master cylinder replacement.....but since it's a small number of potential failures we (Ford) will just put a simple bandaid of protection (drain tube and brake pads) just in case you are one of those units.

No - center bulb of the taillight.

SOLVED!!! While it wasn't anything to do with the turn signal, the rear center taillight/brake light 3157 brake portion of the bulb was toast. New bulb, step on brakes now everything works, signal indicator back to normal rate. Apparently all these bulbs have failure indicators that report...

Getting back to the original issue....now my 2021 OB right signal indicator is rapidly but both front and rear signals are functioning properly and flashing at normal rate....weird.

More than likely just additional pad travel after the vehicle sits for a while. The pads/caliper pistons (on most vehicles) can retract a bit after everything is powered off.
