Best size for cargo basket?

Looking at cargo baskets for my Big Bend. What is the consensus as to the best size?
Would 38x42” work well?

That’s a good size. I have the Thule Canyon XT which is basically that same size.

It’s worth mentioning, and I say this frequently, to search Craigslist and Facebook marketplace for used ones. People often don’t know what they have. I mine for $75 and it was basically brand new. Or you can buy one off Amazon or from Harbor Freight for cheap also.
