Batch #2402/#1166 et al. - BSs Stuck in Production

Batch #1166 reporting to this thread -

Date under 'in production' 12/8/21 with an ETA of 1/12/22. I had reached out to my dealer who confirmed an early January delivery - I mentioned that it looks like I’ve been stuck in production and he said he is pretty certain it is built just waiting on shipping.

I also checked my VIN in the Ford ETIS and it looks like my electronic control units were last checked 12/8/21.

BS OB: Tech package, moonroof, cargo management, class II tow, copilot 360+

Thanks. Welcome. My dealer could not find released for shipping in his visability report and just guessed it was waiting on shipping. Bet your dealer did the same otherwise visability report would say released for shipping. LEts hope they are moving the vehicles and just forgetting to scan them along due to trying to get them shipped and not becoming lot rot cars. I question is because the first photo is my visability report and the second photo is what you would see if it were actually getting ready to ship.So basically no “released” with “awaiting shipment”

I have no holds noted in my report and all my ECUs up and checked on 12/10

My BS was ordered August 2 and started production on November 8 and as of five minutes ago still showing in production with a ETA of Jan 11 which slipped from Dec 13. I don't see any batch numbers etc on the invoice. Where are you finding this data please.

Batch number is on your window sticker top right it will look like 678/2022 or something like that and 2022 is your batch or group of cars you are in on the line. The other information comes from the visability report which only Your dealer can provide to you. They can see the primary and secondary status which you cannot see

I didn't get CO-PILOT360 or the CLASS II TRAILER PACKAGE (or moonroof for that matter) and I'm a member of this group.

Maybe @Ford Motor Company can provide some insight for this thread. Surely someone can give us some transparency.

Mine must really be screwed up. The top number is 2352 and the other is 726/2327. The bottom of the window sticker shows 12/15/21.

Based on the chip hold group from last June and all their posts, I think we are completely dependent on our dealers for any information. Something is holding them up and we will just have to wait…like you this is driving me nuts trying to figure out what it is.

I get that. I do.

But it's also about to be 2022 and I don't believe in customers having to use deductive reasoning to figure out "Yes there was an issues with chips... We will ship them as soon as we receive non defective chips" or whatever the issue may be. Let us know, that's the honorable thing to do...

Anyway... That's the last I'm going to say on that. This isn't the time of year to be thinking about ones self, I'm shifting my focus to family and friends. Hope you all have a safe and wonderful Christmas (or Holiday) ? I'm sure there will be lots to read in here when I check next week haha.

Can 2174 get in on this action? It “should“ have been built a week before the chip issues with a build week of 11/29. The dealer “says” it’s in transit and on schedule for the estimated 1/12/22 delivery. Etis “shows” all the modules were last checked 11/29/21.

Everything “indicates” that this sucker is built and days away from delivery but the dang tracker still says in production and I haven’t gotten an email in what seems like 99 years…..

Just announced on the weekly production thread that I got my BUILT email. So I guess I’m outta the club. Thanks for having me?

I guess I am right there with you! I order my2021 BS BB (only add-on was Class II Trailer Tow Pkg) on 8/21 received confirmation email within 30 min and that was the last email. Tracker still shows in Production 11/9 (Hermosillo plant) however I did see that the sticker was available as of 10/26. Est Delivery went from 12/4 to 12/22 and now 1/12/2022. It has not been converted to a 2022 and all ETIS were last check 11/9/2021. In addition, the module build data has pages of codes. So, unless it's my accessories (rubber floor mats & cargo mgmt sys) delaying delivery this is crazy!
