Apparently, a common issue is the dealer forgetting to attach the customer's email to the order. Causing the emails to get sent to the salesperson who entered the order. That's what happened to me.That's so wild to me that we can't even get the communication part correct. I get there are a lot of "unknowns" but rescheduling doesn't fall under that category.
