Unfortunately, I find that other people usually don't care about anyone else's car, especially if their car is pretty beat up. Doesn't matter where you live :(

I have always been very careful when I open my doors to make sure I don't ding any other car parked along the side of my car.
found this just wandering through the googleverse...
amazon rear bumper guard $130

longer version for $106

Used to live in NYC. Its kinda the cost of street parking a car there. At least the bumper's on these aren't painted so scratches wont be as obvious, and you can replace it without having to pay a body shop. I'd just budget getting a new one every couple of years if I still lived there. Best bet right now is probably the widest trailer hitch mounted step you can find. You could also pay a metal fabricator to make one that fits in the hitch. Can't imagine it costing much

Penn State!

Condolences on living in Ohio.
Eh, I'm in the "practically West Virginia" part of the state. I don't relate to anyone/anything North of Chillicothe - and that's even a push. It is fun to drive around and get looks with my PSU stuff amongst all these danged Buckeyes.

What about buying some rolls of cheap black vinyl sticker and covering the back of the bumper where it's likely to be contacted? Might not survive much scuffing, but would be replaceable.

Thanks for all the suggestions, I wound up buying this :
Go Rhino D360T Textured Black Powder Coat Finish Universal Dominator Hitch Step for 2" Recievers
I will post pictures of what it looks like when I get it over the weekend, :)

I think is should go well with the rough country nudge bar

Does your car have the backup sensors? Report back if it interferes if you do.

Just do a google search for " 2" hitch step ". There's lots of options. It would not be any different than any other hitch/bumper protection for a vehicle........................

I bought it for $120 before tax. Looks like the price fluctuates depending on the seller, bought it from Amazon and It's now $126.
Can't wait for your pics when you get it; hopefully it "feels" as good as it looks. Thanks

So, the Hitch Step came today and it goes very well with the Rough Country Nudge Bar.
Neither interfere with my sensors, I also attached how it looks from the parking camera, and the Front Facing Camera. Very easy to install. Let me know if anyone has any questions, Thanks

Looks amazing; definitely goes very well with the look of the truck and the nudge bar. 1 question....does that step have a locking mechanism of some type so nobody could just remove it?
