The stubby antennas are cute -- I bought one -- but, it dramatically reduced my radio reception (range). I keep it in the glovebox (I suppose I might use it if stock interferes with anything else mounted on the roof). The 'cool factor' just isn't, really; you own your Sport for 5 mins. and don't notice the antenna anymore, believe me. On a related note: my Yakima tent does interfere quite a bit with my SiriusXM reception, darn it! My theory is, the satellite(s) being in the southern sky, I seem to get more interference travelling north-south. But will have to do some more travelling this summer to confirm...

As I posted above, I listen to Sirius 100% of the time and I'm 20 miles from Charlotte so no radio issue with FM and I never listen to AM. I have the long antenna in the spare tire area if I should need it on a trip or something.

If anyone is interested in getting the 2" Stubby, Amazon shows the BS is $5 more. Yet on the Cravenspeed site, the 19-23 Ranger and the BS are the same part number.

I think the OEM antenna looks cool and works great. I'm mainly a Spotify listener. I don't subscribe to Sirius (outdated technology)and helping pay Howard Stern's $5 mil/year paycheck.
