Antenna Mount Bracket

I'm looking to install a GMRS radio in the BSBL. I came across this bracket for an antenna Mount and was curious if anyone here has given it a shot, or if you know of something similar.

I got this bracket and have been using it for a year or so. It clamps to the hood, so no drilling holes.

I have not removed the mount since installing it. Hopefully, all is well, and until I remove it, it is.
