For anyone trying to avoid buying an entire alternator assembly from the dealer, here ya go....
The the pulley is made by Litens part #920123 920123A or 920123K for roughly $50. I found one on Amazon. Another forum member also found it on RockAuto.com.
I went with a new serpentine belt from NAPA #060452 for $35
I recommend renting a decoupler tool from AutoZone for fast removal.
No need to remove the alternator or pay the dealer $500.
There's plenty of great YouTube videos showing how to remove it, but here's a few pics from today's project. Takes just over an hour.
Zip tie the new belt to the crank pulley, rotate it and it pops right in. Good luck out there....
