Yes, I agree with Mark S.
Here is video on swapping out a Ranger battery- the guy explains all the electrical problems he is having before installing a new battery. AJ's complaints sounded very further.
I learned ago time ago before all this fancy shmancy stuff- to install new battery if the used car I was buying had the original factory battery or some old 2-3 year old battery.
(Hey...did I just do the old man thing, "Back in my day...")
I remember the old days with just a positive and negative cable.

Are most issues occurring with the 1.5 models?
The issue described by OP is not restricted to the 1.5L only. Neither is the brake noise issue or the brake recall that was issued in late 2021. Issues involving only the 1.5L include the recall requiring installation of a fuel drain and the recall regarding the air/oil separator. Several 1.5L owners have also reported problems with their water pump, but that has not resulted in a recall as yet.

I'm not aware of any "common" issues with the 2.0L engine. That said, it's been around longer; Ford has used it in a variety of Ford models for nearly a decade. It stands to reason a more mature product will have fewer "growing pains."

Cough cough - coolant intrusion enters the room. It’s been haunting the Ecoboost 2.0T across all of its generations…

Is this related to the fix where the head gasket would leak? This was fixed a couple of years ago with a redesigned engine block having holes drilled between the inner cylinder walls.

Maybe you are referring to something else.

If you have data regarding coolant intrusion issues for the latest generation of 2.0L EcoBoost please share it. I've not seen it.
