Alcohol wipe left stain on front seat (see attached). What do you use to remove stains and condition the leather? Thanks!

I would probably start with some Mink Oil, as I'm guessing the alcohol wipe dried out the leather in that spot. Beyond that, I might go with some Lexol. There are a lot of options out there and more opinions about all the options.

Not sure from the picture if it is a stain or damaged pigment. I would suggest before applying anything and risking further damage take the car to a professional auto leather repair shop for their opinion.

If they are REAL leather (not the genuine-imitation), then I'd clean with a saddle soap (like you'd use to clean shoes). After cleaning, remember that leather is really the skin of a cow and needs moisturizers. I haven't used it for car interiors, but for my belts, boots and holsters, I get the brunt off with saddle soap and then use Ballistol (yeah, it smells... but it works!) Armor All works great on plastic and vinyl, but do NOT use the same stuff on your leather! (They make a leather cleaner but I've never used it.)

I'm not responsible for any results from following what I've said. FIRST -- work on a spot that is not readily apparent to see the effects of what you use.
