IKR? Any update would be appreciated, even an explanation about what is holding them up.

For real. I’ve moved from being excited, to anxious, to annoyed, and now just sad! I feel like a big, complaining broken record because I’m fortunate enough to buy this new car. But what a rollercoaster!

I mean, I'm happy with progress, don't get me wrong. It's just odd that the following week builds are getting loaded on trains. It all just adds to this illusory idea that is Ford's production 'plan'.

unfortunately no I’m going with the hope that the car arrives before the trackers even change to built (as some people have posted?) has happened to them. Trying the optimistic hat on for a change.

Could be! I just wasn't sure if I should start looking at the tracker even more obsessively!

Too late… I’m already checking the tracker obsessively

maybe some cars going to different parts of the States gets loaded earlier?

like the west coast trains leaves early so those cars left the plant? I’m hopeful…

The whole process is funny is that Ford is still telling me my car is in production and ETA is 7/22. When I asked what is ETA means and I get no real answer. Is it mean car will be produced or delivered??? She said it could be either.

I don’t know what report she is looking at. But none of these people really are at the plant know exactly what is happening.
Of course my dealer doesn’t exactly return call or text.

For those who has a dealer provide detail information you are very lucky.

I think some dealership are getting lots of people calling and asking about their order status since the tracker is useless at times. They simply don’t want to handle this since they never have to do this before.

Totally agree! I haven't really gotten any useful information from Ford Chat. The one time I thought I did (with the schedule to date) and it ended up being wrong since I don't think it was built until 7/4 and now we're all in this holding pattern. My dealer has been responding to me but, basically saying what's on the tracker. No additional information. May have something to do with less commission on the build orders vs lot orders? I just want my new car, is that too much to ask?

I just received another email from the dealership. She confirmed my BS is still in Mexico. Not sure if she was then giving me worst case scenario ( so I wouldn’t hound her) but said delivery could take one to two months from this point.

Has anybody harassed FordChat/Customer Service today? I used Twitter to contact them via social media. You’ll be surprised to hear they told me to check the tracker and check with the dealership ?‍

I asked for the phone number to the Hermosillo plant.

I was going to do Chat last night but, then decided not to because I figured I'd get the same response and figured I'd save myself from the disappointment!
