2025 Bronco Sport Badlands tpms

Hi
I’m receiving my new Badlands and will change tires and wheels as soon as arrives.
Since I will change the wheels for a 18” kmc with 245/60 Geolandar G015, thinking about to keep my oem wheels and tires stores.
For this I will need new TPMS for the new set, but I don’t know the ford cod. I read somewhere that since 2024, the tpms change. Anyone could help with this?

I bought a Ford TPMS tool and did the reset/relearn thing myself because Discount Tire didn’t do it when I bought the new wheels and tires from them. A forum member sent me the procedures and the tool was like $20. See below.

Call me old-fashioned, but in the grand scheme of things this just really seems like a dumb thing to have to do. I'd just rather, I don't know, check my inflation regularly? I've gotten TPMS warnings to find it down by a whole 1 psi. Sure it's a convenience when it's working correctly, but the end result is everybody gets a little stupider where it comes to their car.

Next thing you know people will start thinking spray foam is a good choice for body repair and sealing leaks. Oh, wait...

Hi, sorry to bring up this old thread. OP, did you end up going through the instructions above to setup the new TPMS on your new wheels?

Yeah I'd definitely go with the $20 Ford TPMS tool route like rorlow mentioned - way cheaper than paying the dealer to do it every time you swap wheels.

Totally agree! I wonder if the tool works with both 315mhz and 433mhz TPMS ?

Yes, followed instructions using the tool, took less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend the Ford TPMS tool, $20 bucks worth having in the tool box
