I ordered a 2024 Badlands and did NOT opt for the off road tires. Ford's website shows I will get 225/65/17 ALL-TERRAIN (A/T) tires. Anyone know what kind/model they are?

Thanks!

Scorpion ATRs, they’re fine for loose dirt/highway not very good on snow/ice. I’m getting ready to switch mine out for Falkens which can also come stock.

The ones you posted the link to are not the stock ATRs you’ll get.

You’ll either get the ATRs or the more aggressive Falken Wildpeaks

When you ordered your BS did you choose the upgraded tire size that's available for the Badlands, 235 65R17, if so those are Falcon Wildpeak AT tires, otherwise if they are the 225 size, like others have said they will likely be Pirelli Scorpions.

If your not going to do any mudding or heavy snow driving the OEM tires will be fine until worn out. More people change tires for looks or added piece of mind rather than the added capability.

I did not upgrade. It was $525 and I wasn't really tuned into it then. Now, I would like to add slightly wider/taller tires and some spacers to push the tire about flush with the wheel well.

While I am eager to upgrade, I've actually found the ATRs to be perfectly fine for regular highway use and some steep, dry, packed-to-loose rocky trails in SoCal. Still looking forward to a little extra height and more aggressive look, but I would feel like it was a waste to ditch them before they reach a reasonable amount of wear. Just throwing it out there as some people seem to think they're completely trash. Then again, I don't do anything too extreme.

My Badlands has the Wildpeaks, and that's all I had experience with until I went to Off Rodeo. The 'fleet' Badlands at Off Roadeo have the Scorpions and I gotta say they were completely capable on class 2 and class 3 roads. Can't speak for them on wet/cold/snow and wear.

True, the stock tires will take most people where they want to go, peoples bravery and driving ability will take a step back before the tires give up.

I just purchased a 2021 BL with the Pirelli tires - I’m thinking of changing out to Falcon Wildpeak AT— will those fit on the OE wheels and does anyone have a sense of how the 235 affects gas mileage?

If you search, you can see many threads on the different models and sizes of tires that people have put on their vehicles. The 235 Wildpeaks shouldn't affect the gas mileage much as they have been designed to be lighter than the standard Wildpeaks line. Going to the 245's is when you will notice the efficiency hit.
