Bringing my '23 BS Heritage Trim (3-cyl) in for it's 10k service this week. Coincidentally, i also got a flat tire this past friday. The local tire shop couldn't do much with it (i had picked up a razor blade in the tire and it was too long a cut to do much with it). They popped the spare on (full size) and it's been fine.

I phoned the dealer to alert them to the flat tire and asked them to track down a tire for replacement. The reason i'm asking the Ford dealer... The local tire guys, who i've used for years, could NOT locate the necessary tire from their distributor, which i found strange. It's wearing the Continental CrossContact ATR's. Anyhow, we'll see what happens once i talk with the dealer when i drop off this week.

My BS is coming up on a year old, just turned over to 10k miles. This will be it's 2nd oil change plus any additional items that are due for the 10k service. Hopefully a nice simple process with no issues discovered.

UPDATE:

Well, the BS is back from the 10k service and replacement of the tire that was damaged and unable to be plugged... all seemed to go well, although on the ride home the infotainment screen locked up... again.... (it was already in for the infotainment issue not long ago and had been trouble free, until yesterday)

i finally resorted to just pushing random buttons between the touch screen, which was for the most part non-responsive, and the buttons on the steering wheel that allow us to get to some of the functions normally accessed from the screen.

Finally got back to where i could do some basic tasks once i fiddled with it for a while and seemed "ok" this morning upon startup, but it is a short ride to work. We'll see how long that lasts.

However, i did find this morning that the Ford Pass app was non-responsive from my iPhone and also from my Apple watch (crazy but yes, i/we can start the car and lock/unlock doors from a watch... when the app is working properly).

If i had to guess, i'll be taking another ride to the dealership sometime in the near future to resolve whatever infotainment issues have presented themselves. I'll try refreshing the Ford Pass app first but, i'm not too confident with the stability of the infotainment system. Anywho.... that's where i'm at.
