Yes they have told me that if ford is not able to fix the problem or refuses to help because of the lift, they will take out the kit and issue a refund.The shop that did the lift needs to fix the problem it created. If it can’t find the problem then you have to take it to a dealership and the shop that broke your car should have to pay the repair bill.
THIS! I’ve had lifts (Spacer and springs etc.) on multiple F150’s and had a myriad of (mostly minor) issues - but they were troublesome enough to steer me away from doing anything to my B.S.Note to self: Resist the strong urge to lift your new Bronco Sport. It looks great the way it is. Just needs some slightly more aggressive tires.
