I got my rail information from the dealerDid you get your rail info from your dealer or off your window sticker? I’m curious if it matches. I’m using the window sticker number. Maybe my dealer has something different.

Rail number is the two letters and six numbers following fwiw. Thanks for the info guess I’ll stop just looking at my phone and actually use it to call my dealer ?Mine just says rail doesn’t have a number on it. He pulled the visibility report for me.

That’s what I’m afraid of. I’ve read on other forums about the numbers not matching. I’ve called me dealer to get me the number but shocker he hasn’t called me backthat’s weird cuz on my visibility report where it shows the rail info that number doesn’t match that one.
The one I got from my dealer started with TTGX which from what I’ve read is what the rail car companies have assigned other sports. And to my knowledge the only way to get the actual car number was from the dealer. Unless you have seen something to contradict that I may have missed. But I don’t recall that number being referenced in any of the informational sticker threads as being important. That’s what I’m afraid of. I’ve read on other forums about the numbers not matching. Yeah, and since you can actually track yours apparently I was misled ?. Read it on an F150 forum and assumed all Ford window stickers were the same. Now I can’t get my dealer to give me the visibility report. Just my luck. Thanks again for the assistance and sorry for unintentionally spreading bad info. The one I got from my dealer started with TTGX which from what I’ve read is what the rail car companies have assigned other sports. Ok. So I've tracked my BS OB to Kansas City...yay! https://www.palsapp.com still shows pending. Union Pacific shows: Interchange Received 2/14 11:49PM. Norfolk Southern said: Notification Ground Only, Both?? (couldn't make it out) Missouri, 2/15 8 AM.Sales rep is out of the office along with the manager. I called Ford customer support, they said they couldn't give me the rail car info, but did tell me it was in transit and still in Mexico (1261/1517 to ST. Louis, MO area, fwiw).

Tried https://www.unitedroad.com/delivery-receipt as well. But nothing there.
What happens next? Thank you for indulging my tracking needs. It sounds like I'm just waiting for some truck to take possession and get it across MO to my dealership outside of St. Louis, right?
I did the same thing, and saw that it says “cancelled” in my tracking info. So I called my dealer, turns out it’s still at the factory. Why, I don’t know, it was built on the 3rd. It’s a Big Bend with nothing but convenience package. So i put my vin on the unitedroad site and have a load number, but no other information other than that.
