Thanks all. I decided to order the Falken A/T3W's, having them shipped to my door. I'm thinking of doing a trip late March/early April out west - don't want to go that distance with Stud's on (especially through states like IL where studs are illegal) so the new tires will get a workout.

Replace with WHAT speakers? That is, how much of this is labor and how much for parts, and if so what parts. Heck, an audio control D-6.1200 runs $1200 just by itself! :)

Especially one that is 15 years old! :) The deal is set. Figures agreed to, financing set. Going to pick it up in a few days. Financed everything (minus the most I could do as a credit card down payment) @ 0% for 36 months. Payments will be a bit "hefty" (slightly over 1K/month).
