What is your starting psi on the Toyo open country and how high does the psi go after driving. Mine at at 36 cold but after highest driving they go as high as 39 psi. Is this too high?
I’ve had three windshield replacements in two years with mostly highway driving. I’m Getting the third one next week. I was hoping for the Ford part but maybe it doesn’t matter at this rate. I love the car but was tempted to trade because of the hassle of fixing windshields.
What type of windshield did you get installed? Was it a Ford or after market windshield? I’m having my replaced next week and they said it will likely be after market. Does anyone have experience with after market glass on a Bronco Sport?
Thanks for all the answers. Sitting in the cold garage overnight the tire pressure has dropped to 35/36 PSI. I will drive it for a few days and see how they feel. So far they feel a lot grippier than the stock factory tires and reasonably quiet.
My set lasted until 66Km. I live in Canada where ice and snow are common for several months of the year. I found winter traction was not great but for summer they were quiet.
I had new Toyo Open Country AT tires installed today on my Badlands Sport. I noticed the tech put the PSI higher than Ford lists on the door jam. What PSI should I run the new tire at?
I had a windshield replaced and when I was inspecting the job I noticed the headliner is not wrapped around where it meets the windshield. It’s just a straight cut along the fabric. I never noticed it before. Is this normal or a result of the windshield swap?
For me the squeaking only lasts until I’m up to speed So I dine think it’s because they are worn out. I’m taking mine in for service next week….. I also have random electronic gremlins such as collision warnings at random times and loss of awd.
I do have the Badlands model. The tow truck pulled hard on one side while it was still in park. Hopefully no damage is done. He did eventually get the car out. Thanks for the info.
I got stuck today in deep snow on one side of the car and had to get pulled out by one of the tow hooks. In the heat of the moment I realized I accidentally put the car back in Park after the first two tries failed. The third attempt jarred the car hard. Nothing seems damaged. Does anyone know...
I was backing out of my garage and put the Bronco in 4W as I was backing up in snow. Bronco showed the spanner symbol and drive modes were not selectable. After a couple of restarts the spanner symbol went away and the drive modes returned but the engine light is now on. I have an appointment on...
Can anyone point me to a good video explanation on the Badlands 4 x 4 system? I’m looking for a better understanding of the rear lock and 4 lock options and when to use them?
I’m thinking of trading my Badlands against a two door Bronco, either that or my wife keeps it as her car is getting close to end of life. Used car prices seem high right now so trade might go better than usual.
