It is a bit strange because on the original escape you could get the v6 on almost every trim Even the power outputs are similar on the 2.5 escape vs 1.5 sport and 3.0 escape vs 2.0 sport. So why limit the 2.0 on the top trim only?

I agree that the 2.0 should have been an option for OB but look at the 1.5 vs Jeep 2.4 it’s already ALMOST best in class with the 1.5... Mazda CX30 has a BIT more power

IF the bronco Sport goes to Australia, South America and Europe I BET it will have a Diesel option. Likely the 2.0/2.2 duratorque ~120hp 210lbft. Pretty much every other ford has an option for one.
