Just doesnāt pass the smell test. 2025 was a major refresh and introduced the Sasquatch package. Another refresh and new package in ā26? Colors, maybe.
And all this from a single dealer. Nothing from Ford or the automotive media.
I donāt think so, Tim.
I don't know if the 21-24's(or even non BL '25's) have the same , but one of the things I planned to replace early on before I actually heard it was the horn. My experience in this class has been the weak sauce single wannabe "meeeep". Much to my surprise, my BL Sas has dual horns on par with an...
The only actual critical numeric value displayed is speed. Even the tach is like ā2,000-ish RPMā. Voltage, amperage, temperatures, pressures, etc. are sadly absent.
If only the same interface standards were in our ground-bound "cockpits". I can't stand the lazy UI implementations in cars and would prefer a more regimented approach to information display. For that matter, I'd gladly pay extra for a Garmin reimagining of what we have now. Even the G1000 is...
FDE was introduced in January of last year. Like each version of Sync before it, itās model-specific. As it relates to the BS, I wouldnāt hold your breath.
No, they wouldnāt necessarily, unless itās a Bronco Sport-only shop. With a wheel change, youāre also now adding the complication of likely different backspace and offset as well. Way too many variables for an honest shop to make a categorical statement one way or another without test fitting...
And all this time I thought Duralube was something you found on the set of an adult film.
But then, growing up near enough to the San Fernando Valley, one tends to think that about a lot of products...
If I interpret you correctly, it's an either/or with the one-touch windows or power folding mirrors. I'd rather have the one-touch, then, and glad I do. Folding mirrors are never something I'd consider terribly necessary, at least in the 'burbs and beyond. The windows, OTOH, are massively useful.
Assuming they're replacing tires of the same size, that's mostly it.
Don't forget to compare load & speed ratings of each, and remember that you're cutting into your GVWR, ride quality, and handling by 44 pounds of unsprung weight. Maybe none of those are enough make a difference in your...
You are correct, the BS does not have power folding mirrors.
The confusion stemmed from Fordās mistaken inclusion of that in the configurator for the ā25ās at certain trim levels or packages.
In addition to the Badlands OEM 235/65-R17 sizing, they also come in:
325/65-R18
265/70-R18
285/65-R20
Anyone else find those to be oddly specific sizes? Or are these also OEM for some other makes/models?
That's as succinctly stated as the whole argument can be.
There is one remaining option everyone's overlooking: two sets of tires/wheels. One set for daily driving/mall runs, the other for camping/trail riding/SHTF.
Get the Ford ESP from Granger, they sell it at cost (or maybe just a minor markup). There's a few other dealers nationwide that do the same.

Mine was that tomato red Chevy had at the time. It was the coupe. Used to eat Porche 914ās all day long. (I know, not saying much, but it was a great flex for the era.)
I had the leaky head as well, jut kept adding coolant unt they stole it back. ;)
You may want to consider the BFG Trail-Terrain series. They seem like a fair balance between on- and off-road and should be a fair bit quieter.

There's definitely a police presence in NM. Or was, a long time ago.
Story time...
I got an expired registration citation by NM State Police a few lifetimes ago (1976!) near Truth or Consequences. I had just been discharged from the Air Force and was headed home to San Diego in my '75 Vega...
