Can you replicate it while stationary? Maybe try moving around in the seat a bit and try and isolate it that way. Just from the video it sounds like maybe a clip got loose and it tapping another bit of plastic.

That's a weird one! But I agree it is most likely the fuel pump, as it's clearly coming from within and the steady rate confirms it's nothing mechanical on the exterior. I wonder if the pump broke loose and every time it actuates it moves around, causing the noise.
Whatever car you buy will keep showing up! I remember when I bought a Lotus, crazy rare little car, and it felt like I saw a new one every few weeks. Your brain gets switched on to pick out others like yours.
I have a habit of always running premium in my turbo cars, but a lot of the more modern stuff is designed to handle lower octane numbers. I also don't drive too much so the difference at the pump isn't as drastic. Definitely stick with your oil routine, though!
I actually like the wheels on there, I'm a sucker for bright metal lips. Not a style I'd expect to see on a domestic crossover but it works for a street build!
That's quite the road trip! I really want to go back to Moab and try the BS version of the Off-Roadeo. I did it in the full size one and I heard the BS can handle most of the trails we did!

If you want to replace it I'd be happy to help you find the parts, but given the work needed to remove and install (relative to the damage) I would go with the sanding recommendation. A little bit of elbow grease and maybe a dab of touchup paint will go a long way. I was expecting a lot worse...
