Are you talking front and rear or just rear.
There really isn't much of an aftermarket selection of shocks. Other than OEM, Rough Country and Bilstien are about it. I did see some shocks on RockAuto from FCS whoever that is, though their description sounds good and the price is very...
Long story.
Early on with my 21 Badland before the battery issues started to become more common with the Bronco Sports I've had the dash light up like a Chritmas tree once with all the warnings going off while driving and then stalling out in the middle of a busy boulevard. After that incident I...
If you qualify you can have the battery replaced for free if your Sport doesn't already have a AGM battery installed.
I think it's worth $40 bucks to have Ford do the R&R, you don't have to get your tools out, get your hands dirty or deal with the old battery.
If the grinding sound is being caused by the RDU, there are TSB's that could address the problem. In your case, going to a Ford dealer is the only way to take advantage of a possible remedy.
Is your Sport still under warranty? if so all the more reason to take it to the dealer.
If you can't get a replacement key there are several videos on YouTube that show various removal methods.

I had a Crown Vic, it was an ex DEA car, it had the street appearance package, carpet, velour seats and tinted windows
When I got it it had some super wheel alignment, it could corner like crazy.
I still miss that car, it was a lot of fun, you could park it anywhere and on the highway people...
Buying an extended warranty is almost the same as having automobile insurance, it needs to be a reputable company that wont leave you hanging and you hope that you won't have to use it, but if needed it's there.
If you are really going to get a 2025. I'd say go big or go home, meaning get the Badlands Sasquatch. You've already lived the 3 cylinder life, getting another is like having what you already have just with more lipstick.
The majority of people that went big seem to be much more satisfied with...
If you can get a free AGM battery from Ford why not, especially if the current battery already has done a year or more of service. It's not everyday that a manufacturer gives something away of decent value.
The latest RDU TSB is TSB 25-2351. This is for single clutch RDU's, It's actually a repair procedure, it's not like the prior band aid fix vent hose/fluid change TSB.
It's the light for the auto start stop. The light means auto start stop is not functioning or not currently available. Some people would consider that a good thing, myself I don't mind auto start stop, if functioning correctly it's transparent.
The dealer can read all codes your vehicle has triggered, they don't even need to be physically connected. Without knowing what the codes are you don't really know where the problem is coming from. And with your dealer saying you need tires and an alignment instead of addressing your vehicles...
It's likely you have cooling system leak, you can check around in the engine compartment specifically the water pump area looking for any signs of leakage. There are people here that have had their water pump replaced multiple times.
Another possibility is when the dealer replaced the water...
Others have had the same problem.
See if anything in this thread helps.
