NOPE, just got a FOMOCO email... delivery now mid November!
My Bl/Bl ,was scheduled for production the week of may 31 st.
I saw on June 3rd,it was in production.
Yesterday ,June 11th, ford sent an email..my car is built!
Expect delivery to the dealer.(up state, NY the week of July 14 th.

I did try the Amish thing. With in two Bales of hay, my hand whip bent and was unusable, and my all hoof drive unit, thru a shoe...they just don't make em like they used to!!
I am looking to have a wide enough array to allow for two sets of kayak hooks, installed as far outboard as possible, and still have enough space for a center mounted narrow basket rack. And if I get my rainbow striped unicorn ?, enough room on the edge for an awning attachment.

I'm a long time owner and abuser of xterras .My latest is an 07 off road 6 speed. It's getting long in the tooth ,and I would be all over a later than 2015 ,if they existed, or I could find one that had been a garage queen.
The BL/BL seems like a reasonable move
Not for nothing...I am buying a BL/BL, so I can go out and play. I don't plan on breaking it on purpose, but I do anticipate losing a bit of new blush to the woods and wilderness.
Would the costly wraps and protection really be worth it?

I got a build date email from ford of the week of June 24 th.
No vin # was attached or referenced.

I am adding the tow package, after the order was submitted, I think the added flexibility is worth it. I should have plenty with the 2250 load limit to do what I expect.
