This is what a RAV4 hybrid cable looks like after 2 winter here in Canada.
They refused to fix that expensive design flaw and cost (6000$) was passed on customers until they went class action...
I know it's a federal requirement to have stability control but c'mon it shouldn't apply to offroading modes. I hear even on the Big Bronco it's an issue while sand driving where the engine get cutout when climbing sand dunes sideways.
I hope he didn't get the hybrid RAV4 there is worldwide Cablegate issue going on. Toyota was sued and still will for newer models.
Hybrid cable is 6000$ to fix!! And the 2025 still use the same connector location and galvanic corrosion will happen again!
Even worse the Mazda CX-50 hybrid use...

I’m curious if it’s anything like the Drift mode...
