The Badlands and FE use the "off road" edition and the other trims use the "on road" edition. Think they are slightly different heights, but it will look the same as on mine. Just make sure that you specify your trim when ordering with your dealership to get the correct fitment.

Mine are the factory Ford Crossbars that I ordered as an option with the car. Should be able to order them from your dealership.

It’s possible yours has a different firmware version on it. Have you tried these steps to update?
