Although my '25 has the new MPC, aka Dragon B, engine, I park mine outside JIC.
Can anyone recommend an interior fire extinguisher and mount for the BS, preferably mounts to the seat bolts or rails without modifications?
I've read over on the 6g forum the Element extinguishers are the way to go.
I use it all the time.
You have to enable the skill using the mobile device app first, which will prompt you to authenticate your FordPass account. It also requires you to set a 4 digit PIN code for certain commands, e.g. remote unlock/start. Once enabled and authenticated, you can use Alexa...
I've gotten to the point that I can only wear tactical shorts/pants with multiple velcro pockets to carry/secure all the modern [redacted] we have to tote around (phones, keys, wallet, AirPods, multi-tool, holsters, etc.) When I go to the beach, I try to leave most of that secured in the car...
What's worse is an auto manufacturer can't design or produce a vehicle that will last 21K miles without having massive oil leaks.
My understanding is the plastic oil pan drain plug can be a source of oil leaks. From what I read, some shops will not perform an oil change without replacing the...
Man, I got hand me downs until I bought my first new car after college.
Put a bumper sticker on it.
1. Make son get a job to pay for replacement bumper.
2. Buy service manual as a Xmas gift.
3. Make son replace bumper over Xmas break.
When the dealership "resealed" the leaks, did they just smear RTV on the outside?
Looks like it's leaking somewhere and blowing back while driving.
1. Clean it off with some degreaser compatible with plastic engine parts
2. Add some UV dye to oil
3. Run engine without driving
4. Use UV light...

Stealerships get paid to sling parts, not to diagnose. That’s how Ford corporate structured dealership reimbursements. You can blame Farley and the other C-Suite executives and BoD.
In short, coolant leaking from head, into exhaust and turbo, and destroying the cat. Only 89K miles.
Dealer wanted to replace the water pump and radiator before diagnosing the real problem. Dealers get paid to load a parts cannon, not diagnose the real problem.
Great! HP fuel pump leaking gas into the crank case. Quality is Job #1 is a [redacted] punchline.

Articulating endoscope arrived today.
Assuming I am pointed at the cylinder head, doesn't appear my P/N is on the list.

I can see the P/N tag just under the fuel rail on the RHS. I couldn't get my iPhone camera to focus on it. Gave me an excuse to buy an iPhone articulating endoscope camera. Arrives tomorrow.
I assume the dealers will use a similar method and charge Ford for the full labor hours to remove...
Has anyone figured out how too turn off the seat belt warning pop up on the instrument cluster so I don't wear out the OK button on the steering wheel every time I start the vehicle?
