My dealer gives me 2 free oil changes whenever I've purchased a new vehicle from them. I used one once... since then I just throw the coupons out. I'd rather do it myself as it gives me a chance to inspect everything underneath.

My Ford dealer has a good body shop. I've used it numerous times and they're top shelf.

I live in Alaska and we put blizzaks on all of our vehicles during the winter months, which is usually more than half of the year. The siping makes for a pretty good grip and winter tires help significantly when driving in hills. If you're mostly on flatland winter tires are less necessary.
