I believe it already has tow hooks on the front? Right underneath the Bull Bar. I do believe the bull bar can be removed but you wonāt need to add tow hooks.
I had a local shop calibrate my speedo through Forscan. I'm assuming it's easy to do yourself I'm just too lazy/busy to actually put brainpower towards it.
As for if the speedo will be off or not... I'm not sure if Ford has the speedo set at 235/65 for models that come with those tires or if...
A lot of people including myself have gone the āAll-Terrainā tire route for bigger and chunky tires. As far as speedo recalibration goes, my dealership does not do them. I took it to a local 4x4 shop who did it for me through Forscan. Iām assuming it isnāt that hard to do and can probably be...
Might be a super dumb question here but have you checked for large rocks, nails, etc. in your tires? My dad was hearing a "popping" sound in his old F-150 years ago (only at slow speeds or coming to a stop) after looking the engine bay over and looking underneath, he discovered a rock in his...
I agree with this. I think physical cluster gauges suit the Bronco Sport better and I prefer the smaller screen as well.
I haven't sat in a '25 though so maybe the layout around the infotainment screen makes the bigger screen a little more tolerable?
Idk I was driving in about a foot of snow after the big storm we had here and I was in normal almost the whole time. The couple times I got stuck I used slippery and it pulled me right out.
I do have some bigger KO2s on my rig so those definitely help as well.
I agree the Contiās were not good. I didnāt even like them in the heavy rain we get around here. I see you put some Mickeyās on. Iāve heard really good things about them! They also look really good on the BS.
Potentially. Personally, I wouldnāt do anything to modify the body due to it being a unibody vehicle and structural integrity could be compromised. Not sure if doing anything to the pinch weld would cause such issues but Iām a scaredy cat when it comes to that stuff.
Very cool video. I also put some KO2ās on my Baby Bronco and I love them. Flawless in the big snowstorm we just had and also have done really well on the light off-roading Iāve done.
IMO unless you want to get Sasquatch Package or upgrade to a Badlands there doesnāt seem to be much reason to trade in for a ā25 UNLESS you like the refreshed look with the larger infotainment screen, new front bumper, interior designs, etc.
On Bronco Sports with 17ā rims, 245/65 fit with no modifications needed. (Some have claimed to go bigger) However with an OB I would assume you have the 18ā rims which will change what you can fit without modifications. I think the 30 in tires is about all that can be squeezed into those wheel...
