After 9 months of driving I basically can’t get comfortable in the front seat. I’ve tried every adjustment and steering wheel distance but cannot get it right. The seats are too short and the steering wheel does not go far enough back. I have the leather seats. They need to make the seat bigger...
So I am at 8000 KM of normal driving and my oil quality is 50%. The dealer said it can up to a year and that there is no need to change the oil too soon. Is this true?
My dealer was useless. They ordered a replacement window and then said that one was also scratched, so called Ford for another one. I am not sure of they were just trying to BS me. I need to call them and follow up.....vertical scratches can be caused by grit stuck in the soft edge that protects...
It is several small scratches. The dealer has ordered the part, so I will probably let them fix it. I just don't want to trade one cosmetic issue for another.
Has anyone had a side window replaced? I have a scratched rear side window. Is it a big job replace? I am wary of trading scratches on the window for damage on the door trimm.
i'm finding two issues. On the left side of the seat one of the bolster sections is higher than the right side. It pushes on my leg on longer drives. The bigger issue is finding the right height and leg position. I have longer legs and if i get the seat and steering wheel right my ankle is just...
I find the sun visor does not go forward enough. When driving into the sun for my morning commute I just cannot get the visor into a forward enough position to block the sun but give me a good window view.
I agree the seats are too shallow and a not wide enough. This makes the cushion feel rounded in one spot. On the plus's side the heated seat setting is great.
It seems not bad to me. There is some tire noise. Of course, the biggest factor in wind noise, is the wind. What was the direction and how fast was the wind?
Yes I noticed that as well. Do you think that is also in low idle. Maybe that's what I am hearing? Seems quite loud and not particularly pleasant. Disappears once the car is up to speed.
For those with a 2.0 litre how is the engine sound in the first couple of gears? I’ve noticed that when cold mine is quite buzzy and louder than expected. The noise settles down once it gets up to speed.
Can anyone tell me how to find the instrument Graphic showing the power distribution to the 4W in certain driving modes. I thought someone had posted a graphic on here, but I am unable to find it.
I am coming from a car with wider seats, so I am finding the Badlands leather a bit narrow. For those that have had them for a few weeks how do you rate the comfort level after the break in?
Yes I declined the lot. Didn’t really want them spraying sludgy undercoating which just adds weight to the car and I’ll take my chance on extended warranty.
