Mine didn't come with instructions either so I called Fairway Ford (where perimeter plus was purchased) and they emailed me the installation instructions.
Blackstone is sending me a kit; I'll post results after I get them. I'm planning on calling the service dept. on Monday to see if the dye is used on all 2.0's or if it's only used when a vehicle has a leak.
I think you're right, If the oil was a bit dirtier, I probably wouldn't have seen the green tint. That being said I'm glad I changed the oil as there were some sparkles at the bottom of the drain pan. I'm not sure if the sparkles are metal or material from production but either way, I'm glad to...
I was actually thinking about sending a sample to Blackstone Labs for my protection. Drain quantity was correct @ 5 quarts. It does smell and feel like oil.
I'm not low on coolant at all and there's no smoke coming from tailpipe. I don't know what to think other than its dye for leak detection. It does look like coolant but not so much in the shade or out of direct light.
I did my first oil change on our Badlands with the 2.0. Oil was changed at 1596 miles. To my surprise as oil was draining into drain pan, I noticed it had a very noticeable green tint. Has anyone else experienced this? First thing I thought was coolant intrusion, but my coolant level is normal...
Have you tried this product to remove water spots on your Bronco Sport's glass? I have water spots on my lift gate glass that won't come off. I always dry immediately after washing but these water spots were imbedded when I took delivery from the dealer.
Agreed, I removed a little adhesive off my Badlands grill with isopropyl alcohol and it left a little of the grill paint on my white cloth. The paint on the Badlands grill doesn't seem very durable.
I ordered one, I have one on my f250 and it works well. Does anyone have any tips on how to remove the knee bolster panel without breaking any clips? Removing panels like this one gives me anxiety :whew:
Thank you for the detailed install with photos. I'm going to purchase this and your details with the push button start will help. I installed a perimeter plus on my f250 and it works well but I had to fasten it to the underside of my dash with mechanical fasteners to get it to work properly. I...
The tint looks good, it will be the first thing we do after taking delivery of our Badlands. From the top of the windshield how far did you come down for your eyebrow, to the AS-1 line? Also is it cut straight across on the bottom of the eyebrow or is it curved?
