Is this the same for 21-24 and 25 models? I know my 22 shuts off with the ignition but wasnāt sure about the 25ās. Sounds like they havenāt changed that between model years.
I would assume it is the same as my 2022. Mine shuts off when the ignition is off. You should be able to easily test it with the device you plan on using with it.
Nice report out! We actually had a good experience in Moab eating out but then, it doesnāt take to high of a bar just as long as there is a bar! For those that have never been, Utah is chocked full of great places to go and see. Normally monsoon season isnāt this bad but from what Iāve seen...
I agree it should be as they have way more data that they track. However, my experience for my use case it is primarily time based. I suppose if I put 5k miles on per quarter, it would be based on milage and not time. People that put on large amounts of miles should be able to comment, I can...
Unfortunately, this leads you to believe there is some actual intelligence behind the monitoring of use, operating conditions, and time. My experience on two separate newer Ford vehicles, time seems to be the number one item it monitors over use and operating conditions.
I should state my...
I do mine based on miles/normal driving conditions. Normally about once a year. 2.5 - 5 k depending on vehicle. When I worked, it was every 5k because it was easy to remember. Iāve had to clear the oil monitor on both Broncoās. Ford goes to 0 life at 12 months regardless of driving...
Granger is an awesome dealer arenāt they! If I were to buy another Ford, it would definitely be bought through them. Unfortunately, no new cars for me for a while. Iām pretty happy with the stable of Broncoās and the oddball Lexus. Iām still looking at motorcycles though! Not sure why...
What amazes me is how fast it goes and how the hell did I survive the early years! Like others have said, problems or roadblocks become new opportunities or direction. Knowing what I know now, I probably would have done some things differently but what is done is done and no going back.
My dates are in my signature. You can track the rail car but you wonāt be able to track once it is off loaded. Timing depends on location. Arizona will be quicker than Maine.

The Ford backup cameras do not seem very good. Even my full-size Bronco is about the same. My 10 year older Lexus is much better as is my wifeās 6 year older Honda HRV.
itās a little better when absolutely clean but still not great. Fortunately Iām an old fart and still can backup using mirrors.
Iāve got one in my garage that seems to work but then I also have one in the attic that doesnāt. Iāve never had one in the vehicle so I canāt help there.
