As it turns out it was a faulty brake light, replaced and now I have a turn signal that is not acting like it has overdosed on caffeine.

Brake light is working again. The ghost died and returned to life. Gremlins!!!

Thank you forum members, as it turns out it is my brake light that has given up the ghost.

Common sense needs to always prevail, after all it is just rubber, but slow down don’t oversteer, and the tires will help a lot if they are the right ones and still with a good thread life.

And you may never, but you really should have a dedicated winter tire. I would not have my loved ones sitting above anything less. Nor my ass for that matter.

I always use a "winter tire" not a three peak but a true winter tire.... I have Michelin X-Ice Snow...best tire i have used.
