Ordered the HRG mid skid as well, based on the same install concerns as echoed above on the JCR. Should ship this week.

Was really about to make the move from 235/65 17 AT3’s to a 245 AT4 - but this has me hesitating now with with 10lbs per tire increase in weight. Not so sure I want to be the early adopter….

Thanks. I did end up pulling it as far as I needed to mount a fire extinguisher. I’d originally planned on putting it flush on the side, but this worked as well, and I didn’t have to pull the whole panel.

Did find this searching for removing those trim panels....but it doesn't show the side I'm interested in, or really what's behind...

HRG 1.5” lift Badlands before and after pics. Currently 235/65 17’s and went from just over 8.5” to 10” clearance under the gas tank bash plate and the drivers side felt (lowest spots). Pleased with the results, and after about 200 mile (25-80mph), doesn’t seem to handle too much differently.

On the Badlands, it's the Rally Innovations light bar. On our Big Bend (right) I've got the Ford Ranger Lifts nudge bar.
