Rear access panel - anyone know what is behind this and/or pop this off?

It’s the subwoofer for the sound system I believe.

Did find this searching for removing those trim panels....but it doesn't show the side I'm interested in, or really what's behind...

Yep when I was searching for a clunking sound I pulled it off and there's nothing really back there. Just the sub and some wiring and insulation. There's some pictures online somewhere that I use when I was trying to figure out how to pop mine off that shows you. If you really want to see what's back there. It's actually not too hard to pop off on your own but putting it back on is kind of a pain so I wouldn't suggest it unless she need to

Thanks. I did end up pulling it as far as I needed to mount a fire extinguisher. I’d originally planned on putting it flush on the side, but this worked as well, and I didn’t have to pull the whole panel.

Did you happen to take a picture of the insides? i am thinking if I can fit an aftermarket sub and amp in there...

Sorry - I did not. I got as far as I needed to go to bolt that on and put everything back together.
