Our Badlands has about 750 miles on it and we have noticed an issue with the brakes.
The brakes will occasionally squeal a little in the morning when backing up and sometimes make a groaning noise when coming to a stop.
My wife has experienced a loud thud that could be felt after taking her...
We leased a 2016 Fusion with the older 1.5 and it was a good car. We didn’t really have any complaints or problems with it.
About two years into the lease the front bumper was scratched by someone. We took it to the dealer to be repaired and ended up with a 2017 Fusion 2.0 AWD loaner for a few...
I think there are two reasons why the 1.5L models are more popular than the 2.0L model - price and fuel economy, just like any top model.
I have no doubt if that wasn’t the case literally everyone would opt for the 2.0L because it is objectively better than the 1.5 in every way other than fuel...
How is the vibration with your 1.5?
The 1.5 we test drove had a lot of vibration when idling, in drive (but at a stop) and during initial acceleration.
The 2.0 in our Badlands is smooth. No vibration at all.
My dealer honored everything we had talked about back in late April without question. No markups or “fees” on top of MSRP.
We got the $1,000 cash from Ford and $5,500 for trading in our lease (2019 Escape Titanium).
Getting $5,500 back from a lease seems crazy but used vehicles are in demand...
My Badlands is Area 51 with the Carbonized Gray roof.
I’ve been searching the Tire Rack and Discount Tire websites for a winter wheel and tire package that will compliment the look of my BS.
I will be getting Bridgestone Blizzak DMV2s as I know from experience they’re really good.
I want OEM...
I bet most of the people complaining about the name of the Bronco Sport don’t even own a Bronco.
Who really cares? The Bronco Sport, specifically the Badlands, has shown that it is very capable for what it is
I think the Bronco is cool and I’m not going to criticize it just to be an ass.
I’m sorry this happened to you. I know it must feel extremely disappointing.
I could be wrong but I think you have been very unlucky and experienced something highly unusual. I think Ford will be just as interested in finding out what went wrong as you.
I would assume that if your engine has...
I’m going to install the update tonight. I’ll let you guys know if I hear a difference.
It could benefit from better mid bass.
Anyone know if it’s best to use FAT32 or exFAT when using a USB flash drive for music with Sync 3?
We’ve had our Badlands for close to a week. Has about 250 miles on it.
I have noticed that it does make some odd noises when starting and shutting off (from the outside).
I’m not even a little worried about it. It’s very smooth running.
I think it’s normal.
It appears to be OK, but we have had a good amount of rain and dull days since taking delivery so it’s already dirty. It looked good in the showroom. I couldn’t see any scratches at that point.
I did talk to them about detailing it and asked them to be careful with the black plastic. They...
Have you experienced the rattles from the beginning or did they show up over time?
Rattles are one of my biggest peeves.
We only have about 120 miles on our Badlands but so far it’s quiet. No rattles whatsoever. We don’t have a sunroof if that makes any difference.
We are finally taking delivery of our Badlands today at 3pm. There was a slight delay due to some confusion with the Aeroskin 2 we ordered and things being backed up, but it’s ready now!
Do you guys have any advice for things we should look for when we take a good look at the car?
Do you feel the amount of paint chips you have is normal for your driving conditions or do you think the paint chips too easily?
We have had the dealership install the Aeroskin 2 to protect the hood. I’m not sure whether it will do much to protect the top of the roof.
