I think any Ford dealership operating like that in northeast Wisconsin would very quickly go out of business. I have never had anything like that happen to me. They have actually been very honest. Is that kind of behavior common in Los Angeles?

That’s fine as long as the body shop does an excellent job and the repairs look factory.

Does that mean it goes straight to the dealer’s body shop or somewhere else? I would be worried about that.

I received my production date today as well. It’s the week of September 12th! Badlands (Area 51 and Carbonized Gray roof) with Premium Package and 360+.
