*UPDATE*
HRG Engineering sent me a redesigned front spacer with a recess to allow the top of the strut to flex. Took care of all my issues and drives 100% better.
Great company to work with and really happy with how they took care of me. Highly recommend them...
So I had 4 Wheel Parts install a 1 1/4" lift kit that I got from a different company. It's got the clunk over certain bumps, which the lift manufacturer acknowledged and sent me isolators (plate that was mentioned in another thread) that goes between the front strut top and spacer. Haven't had...
Yeah, seems like a pretty obvious design flaw with that part of the grill making contact with the paint. I'm sure we aren't the only ones.
Everyone on here should check their sport and post pics if they have the same problem.
I'll take it up as high as I need to, better believe I'll get...
Same thing was happening to me. Terrible noise when reversing the first time driving it for the day. Dealer replaced the rear pads and never happened again.
Same paint chips on mine, lower outer edge each side of the grill. Look likes theres a little tab making contact with the paint causing the chipping. Been meaning to show the dealer.
Yeah, I thought it looked a little beefier than the 245/65 people usually put on. Looks awesome. I was going to try to fit 245/70 on mine after the lift but may do what you did.
Any rubbing at the pinch weld in the backside of the front fender?
I've been seeing more and more on the roads here near Seattle in the last few weeks. I make sure to give them all a wave ?
I'm really enjoying seeing them out and about after I've had mine so long lol.
Been WAITING for someone to do this with the 245/70's! Looks awesome! Lift kit install details? Do it yourself or a shop? Please take pics of the rub on the pinch weld and when you grind it.
