Do you have an order sheet? If not, ask/demand the order sheet from your dealer. If they don't give it to you, I'd find a different dealer. Thats basic when placing an order.

I think our dates for production have matched up since the start, so I keep an eye on your posts, then check my emails. Little odd since you have a heritage model on order and I have an OB, but who knows the rhyme or reason for how they do this. Glad you have a dealer that communicates well!
This and the others that mentioned battery. Had the same issue in my '17 Escape, dealership said battery was fine and didn't know what the issue was. I let it go and ended up replacing the battery a couple months later, the problem was fixed.
Yep. I'm on my 4th scheduling date. I'm slightly annoyed. If you have the parts as the email says for production and the space available, schedule it. It shouldn't be that difficult.
P.S. I understand I don't know how it all works, just venting.
