Have the same issue. LR brake light went out, replaced all lights in the rear with LESs. It only blinks fast inside for whatever reason, keeps me mindful when they are on. I’m okay with that, don’t see the problem with it
Went ahead and installed Underground Graphics pillar kit. Went pretty well for doing it in my driveway. One booger in the driver’s side sail panel that you wouldn’t notice unless you were looking for it, I’m satisfied with it and that’s all that matters
I can deal with it loosing my iPhone connection, but now when I plug my iPhone in, it no longer shows maps in the infotainment screen although in my case, it still appears to charge my phone. Is this the problem you are having as well?
Went the "Hobo-Fright" route for my aux lighting. Their "wiring kits" are ridiculously long. Once I get everything working ( and the weather cooperates) let the cutting, soldering, looming and routing begin! I'll post when the rat's nest is eliminated
I too went with 5 Star. Wouldn't work with my phone so I purchased a Chromebook only to find out windows based programs won't work. Returned that and purchased a HP with Windows 11. Unfortunately, with Windows 11, it comes locked in "S-Mode" which won't allow you to download anything except what...
My DRLs remain on for what I think is an unusual amount of time after I exit the vehicle (5-8 minutes not as expected) I hear there is a "service bulletin" for this issue but I'll be damned if I have to pay to fix an [obvious] defect
I added an afe airbox, a Flowmaster Fx muffler and a Peddle Max, my 1.5 seems to have all the bark (and bite) anyone might want out of one of these at a fraction (less than $1k)of the price difference between the BB & BL. Then again, just my opinion.
I had a 74 Cherokee Chief with the (infamous) "quadratrac" that did that. I know that was a different system, annoying none the less. My bet might be on 1/2 shafts
Being that it is electronic, one would think that a few wires and a switch to activate it, along with the unit itself would do the trick. It can’t be that complicated. I’ve seen used units for around $750
