Update:
The manual says the BS has to be away from objects in order to connect. I all cases of failed tries there were cars on 3 sides, or a house and 2 cars near it. I drove to a high elevation spot near my house, completely wide open and I was able to activate Ford Pass no problem at all...
I just checked under the hood of my new OB...No engine cover either! I have a call into our salesman. What have they told you about your missing engine cover?
Yes, modem is enabled, connectivity features are on, this was checked by 5 different guys at the dealer, checked many times by me, and turned off and on several times while I was on the phone with Ford. No Joy.
Aso, tried that link you gave me, it says "Sorry, no compaible roducts at this time" for the 2021 BS.
Should not have to do that anyway just to connect to Ford Pass...

The rairoad has delivered our BS to East Brookfield, Massachusetts. Is it possible to track after the railroad dumps it off? Our ultimate destination is New Hampshire.

Since my BS will only be a few weeks old when I get it, would it be a good idea not to seal the paint until a reasonable paint cure time? Anybody know what that might be?
The only options I ordered on my OB are 360+ & splash guards.
I figured they might have built mine quick was to stop me from tracking it 40 times per day and tying up their bandwidth!
