  1. Interior Fuse Block Access.

According to the Owners manual (Page 265) there are several unused fuse positions in the fuse block. I used fuse slot number 3 which has a 10 amp Micro-2 fuse installed and is switched on/off with the accessories/ignition. I used a Micro-2 fuse tap from Amazon (But available at any Auto...
  2. Anyone installed a dash cam in Bronco Sport yet?

I ran the cord along trim and glass as best I could but the cord is exposed from where it exits the window trim to the power point.
  3. Interior Fuse Block Access.

I agree, hosing out the salt or mud is going to be more of a "wash gently with a clean cloth "task now that I've seen how it's put together. Unless I put some silicon sealant between the back panel and rubber floor liner, splashing is probably going to get the firewall wet. Also did you notice...
  4. Anyone installed a dash cam in Bronco Sport yet?

Actually mine is too I just used a USB adapter for the Cig Lighter port. Both cameras came with an adapter.
  5. Anyone installed a dash cam in Bronco Sport yet?

A little hard to see with reflections. I get great 4K vids with this cam in this position and can't see it behind mirror while I'm driving. I also just posted my fuse block access directions if you're going to power your cam through it.
  6. Interior Fuse Block Access.

I just finished installing dash cams on my Badlands and the biggest problem I had was accessing the interior fuse block. Since a lot of us are going to install electronics or like me also want to access the fuses in case of problems, I thought I share how to get at the fuse block. I didn't find...
  7. Anyone installed a dash cam in Bronco Sport yet?

I just finished installing a Garmin Mini Dash Cam in the rear window in my Badlands. and a Rexing V1 dash cam behind the mirror on the windshield. Ignore messy garage. Both camera's videos can be viewed over apps on phone. The Rexing has it's own screen for viewing also. The rear facing...
  8. Learning to off-road

Having a lot of fun outfitting my Sport. Wife calls it obsessing. Either way I like it. I wanted to keep recovery boards in the Sport for Minnesota winters and summer off road trips. I didn't want to mount boards on the roof rack all winter so instead came up with this solution. I bought 36...
  9. Mud Recovery - Rear mounted winch?

It's pretty slick. Comes with a pully, clevises, straps, even gloves. Steel or synthetic cable. You can check it out here Amazon Superwinch. I plan on relying mostly on recovery boards but this would be great to have in a worst case scenario.
  10. Spare Tire Foam Tray uses.

LOL I didn't even think of that! Heading out to the garage to check it out.
  11. Mud Recovery - Rear mounted winch?

I'm also interested in the replies you get. Does a 2200 Lb. towing capacity mean the hitch mount can only handle 2200 Lbs. plus a few hundred Lbs. safety factor? The Bronco Sport curb weight is listed as 3,467 to 3,707 lbs. I was hoping to add a Superwinch Winch 2 Go to my off road "Bring...
  12. Spare Tire Foam Tray uses.

I'm wondering if/how everyone is using the spare tire foam insert tray and it seemingly randomly shaped impressions. I'm not sure if engineers had an actual item in mind for each shape or just added the shapes randomly. Either way it gives each owner the chance to personalize with the different...
  13. Aftermarket steel wheels for Bronco Sport

Aftermarket? I should have known Ford would charge almost $80 for a $10 part. I might have to reconsider winter tires. Thanks
  14. Aftermarket steel wheels for Bronco Sport

Thanks for the reply. I was trying to budget for a winter set like yours but the $75 Ford wanted for each TPMS put me beyond what I wanted to pay.
  15. Aftermarket steel wheels for Bronco Sport

Out of curiosity, did you add the tire pressure monitors to the steel wheels? If not did you have constant tire pressure warnings?
  16. Thule HD Crossbar Roof Rack System installed

I would ask now. Mine showed up before the vehicle. I mentioned I ordered them before other options were available and would change if I could. They were willing to sell me another set but said since I ordered the OEM's as a factory option they were coming with me either way
  17. Thule HD Crossbar Roof Rack System installed

Unfortunately they are static according to installer at the dealer. They installed for free just to figure out how to do it. According to him there are "J" hooks that slip into a slot on the rails that prevents any repositioning.
  18. Thule HD Crossbar Roof Rack System installed

The Thule's look great. I wish I would have waited. I have the OEM Off-road crossbars. They are fairly tall so I'll have to use a flat type rack instead of a roof basket. If I don't I'll risk ripping of my garage door if/when I forget it's on.

? I suddenly feel better about the big chunk-of-change I spent on an extended warranty today. If anyone's thinking about it, the prices go up significantly Jan 6th. Link to more info
