Had a different load coming back from the cabin and again had to weigh tongue. Used some poplar dead heads across the trails as a tripod and worked very well. Trailer pulled fine but I never went above 60mph.

Am I missing something with the Youtube videos of everyone (top pic) using the bath scale, 2x4's marked off, pipes, plywood, measuring tape. I bought a $30.00 hanging scale through Amazon (bottom pic), hung it off a sawhorse, and simply lowered the trailer tongue.

I'm at max 2000 pounds. Have 210 pounds on tongue.
