Check the washer fluid line as well. Had to pop mine loose and pull a bit onto the hood side... Also, carefully check hood clearance all around....

Made one some years ago - 3" dia x 8' pipe, some foam at each end, fixed cap and screw on cap, then pair of u bolts and big plastic handle nuts. Worked great. Now I use one of the headrest mount interior rod holders...

Same place. Driver's side rear. It just doesn't seal against the body...

The really bad part is the waste of $400 + bucks. Better to wad up a bunch of singles and duct tape... Shoulda done my homework, I guess. Expensive lesson.

The clip bit kinda fits (faint praise there), but the molded shape is so far off that the "lever" can't begin to hold the edge against the body. 3M tape doesn't help that - doesn't allow the edge to fit properly.

FWIW, stay away from the bushwacker flares. Don't fit and zero support, so a waste of money. Bummer.

OB is the "lux" version, so you've got ambient lighting and rain sensing wipers. Which I want... ;)
