I cut out the section of plastic that would be missing if I had the tow hooks. There is two bolt holes where tow hooks would mount. I made a couple brackets and fabbed up the bull bar/light bar. I’m going to put 4” rigid lights on it and maybe a skid plate.
Unfortunately 2” is max on these bronco sport models unless you do some major transformation with the sub frame drop. Which right now I’m sure a lot of people may not want to do with a new car. But it is possible to do a 3.5”
Bronco performs better then stock. The wider tires and level stance makes it really feel planted around high speed corners. I will have some video soon to show how well it works.
That much rubber did fit on stock offset wheels. I had to trim the pinch welds on the firewall to clear at full lock. I designed and fabricated the 2” to achieve the level look and make room for the 30.5”x9.6” tires on stock wheels. I will be installing some aftermarket wheels this week to...
