Not quite as bad as a keying, but somebody scraped my rear driver's door so there's about an inch long scratch through the paint on mine. Too stubborn to bother with getting it fixed - figure more will come especially if I can find some opportunity to go off-road around here...
I plan to keep...
Just when I thought I was done.... WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO ME!? I didn't even know those were a thing... I will consider them all.
Thanks for the info on the hood struts, will also consider those. My wallet hates me LOL
We have almost identical accessory purchases, although I went with a full kit as one purchase from AutoPhoton (one for interior, one for exterior); I think they were like $180 each or something like that? Took about 3-4 weeks to get here from China. I also have another order for carbon trim for...
I got 35% ceramic all around the entire car including the moonroof and 5% on the windshield brow. Can say it does a great job of helping to deflect some of the heat in the summer :)
Found these on Amazon, might just grab and also over the top - see no evil ?
Will grab the same carbon covers for the back if I go this route

Hey all,
Random miscellaneous rant about some parts.
My wife accidentally clipped the driver's side mirror on the edge of our garage backing out the other day. It was just barely, but enough to pop the cover off and break of about a 2 inch piece of plastic from the casing - nothing major and...
Foam is good to go, it's just the leather that needs fixing. Should be quick and easy, just going to keep the seats down the next 2 weeks until it gets fixed.
THIS is why dealers try to sell you a ceramic coating at purchase, to avoid this kind of thing happening :(
Sorry this is the case, maybe the dealer can take a look? I've had paint issues fixed for free under warranty in the past, you might get lucky.
Was helping a buddy of mine move last weekend. We got totally flooded out with an insane amount of rain which the FE totally beasted through, but then go figure something gets caught on the seat and at the end of the day I notice this terrifying tear. I have no idea what did it. She's not even...
Yeah, that's not necessary. One of the first things I did with my FE was put a K&N in and I didn't disconnect anything; just loosen the clamp and pop the cover off.
I recently did some backroads country driving in sport mode - I only have 600 miles on my FE at this point. Let me tell you, it was a LOT of fun winding through farmland and up and down hills. The wife wasn't as enthusiastic but I had a great time :cool::crackup:
Ha! Thanks for being a guinea pig and testing it out. Makes sense that the lane tracking is what caused it to shut off. Or maybe I bumped the button ???
