well, not sure about the shutters, but I can tell you if you don't have anything leaking from your radiator, you should be good there. I'd make sure there isn't any shutter material lodged in the radiator fins as it might eventual wear through. I wouldn't worry about a few of the thin metal fins...

Looks great. I have the same vehicle on order, color and all. I don't love the rims, but they do look less like crap with the nicer tires you put on there. Big difference.

Yeah, ram mounts. I've created a Hobie peddle kayak office. have a great phone mount on the rack and can (and have) done multiple zoom calls while out on the lake. Screw going to the office. So many better, and more productive places to work from now days. Show us what you build out.
